The kind of reactions I get when I tell people my daughter does not have any English names has been intriguing.
"You mean she has no English name?"
No.

I don't understand, why does she need one?

Igbo first name, Urhobo second name, even Yoruba and other names given to her by other friends and family.
Where does the English come in?
