Tracking all the things
I've been using @strongapp to track my workouts for over 4 years now. It's absolutely brilliant. I've tried loads of other apps - and a notebook - but nothing has ever come close.

At 5:15 am I met my buddies at the gym for leg day and moved over 53K lbs of weight. It was tough, grueling and near nauseating at timesβ¦but Iβm better for it. Strength training forces unique adaptations to the body that improves metabolic health as well as mindset. @strongapp

Completed my 200th workout in @strongapp this week!
Currently doing Wendler's 5/3/1 Boring But Big as it's the most time-efficient thing for me. On to 200 more! πͺ
For me itβs the @strongapp
It drastically reduces the mental effort required for me to get myself to the gym. I input my workouts, go to gym, click start workout on Apple Watch then brain turn off and I can focus on my lifts (built in rest timers are great)
