What an afternoon... Thanks to the @UoSDocCollege for hosting this year's #3MT. A super experience (albeit virtual) and a great way to communicate my research. I'm also excited to have won an award for Public Engagement & Outreach. #phdlife #scicomm

A great way to end the last week of my PhD before I go on placement. I loved being on RV Callista again. The sun also joined us to make Southampton Water much prettier. Times like these remind me why I love my job so much. Next week I'm off to Hamburg.

It's International day of Women and Girls in Science. I am grateful for the opportunities I've had and the dreams that have come true through my research. This collection of photos celebrates some of the women I've had the pleasure of working with and who continue to inspire me.

It's taken me time to get back into the swing of things after the holiday. Thank you @ivanhaigh for hosting pancake brunch. It was such a great way to the end the week and kick start the New Year. Awesome to share our goals and hear the research group's aspirations for 2023.

On my last working day of 2022, I reflected on this year's highlights and the things I've learned. I also jotted down my goals and what I'm most looking forward to in 2023. A great way to wrap up the year. Now for a two week brain break. #AcademicChatter #PhD #ScienceTwitter

Four years ago I was making my way to Antarctica on the research vessel Polarstern. An awesome opportunity to experience this beautiful continent first hand. Today I love looking back on the fantastic memories. #ScienceTwitter #AcademicChatter #Throwback
