I'd say today was probably my best live stream. Felt more focused and deliberate. Focused on self-hosted overlay applications that I built using Claude Opus 4.8.

today’s gonna be a Wi-Fi mesh system upgrade. To provide full coverage for my home, including outside and into the garage luckily we already have hardline ethernet through most of the house. Should work nicely with my Opnsense and my managed switch. Home lab upgrade here we go.

Claude tip, use the "@" symbol to dynamically add context, can be a file or folder. Supports auto-complete.
For example two separate apps and asked Claude to plan an integration. "Brainstorm integration @<app_a> into @<app_b>".

local TLS was fixed last night. Today I worked on the bookmarks to provide better uptime visibility including the ability to group links. Nothing earth shattering but I'm proud. Looks good across the themes too.
