While AI tech solutions reduce a work load for a few, it will for sure increase the work load for a few others. If not, it is not a balance! Who are 'a few' here? It is unknown for now & it changes as the AI solutions are integrated.

Well, the GPTs and agents neither give such test designs nor the test cases or automation code and framework if asked. We can train them to be aware of it. Or, I have not witnessed one so far. The GPTs and agents are helpful in my work. 1/n

We test engineers come up with a better one each time that GPTs and Agent are not aware of. 2/2

I learn this consistently. If an engineer has no empathy to whom the solutions are built, that engineering and business fails. I guage my empathy periodically and see where am I with it.
