So the people responsible for publishing a document on a police website defending Hamas and denying many of the atrocities from Oct 7th are the same people advising the College of Policing. But thereโ€™s no bias within British policingโ€ฆ. Right? ๐Ÿค”

Imagine if anyone on the political right admitted they canโ€™t openly support a proscribed terrorist organisation, but would if they could? Palestine Action has been designated a terrorist organisation, not because of their political views, but because they believe they have a right to commit repeated acts of violence, serious damage and disruption. A tiny vocal minority wants to pardon or excuse those actions simply because they are zealots for the ideology. Should people be allowed to openly support ISIS or Al-Qaeda because they agree with their political agenda and aims, even if they commit acts of violence and terrorism? How would any functioning society work if the rule of law was sympathetic to one group taking โ€œactionโ€ that results in terrorism or even just violence? Answer: it wouldnโ€™t. Terrorism and violence would become a normalised form of political dissent. You donโ€™t need to stretch your imagination very far to see the consequences if the far-left were ever allowed near government. These views are beyond stupidity, they are a deeply dangerous form of bigotry.

"90% support it" Yeah in the same way dictators "win" elections - its a made up stat; the survey was publicly available and there was NO way to say no lol

People will attack this policy, but after extensive government consultation, 90% of the parents of under-16s support it. They have watched social media consume huge portions of their childrenโ€™s lives, so have a very different perspective. Social media amplifies narcissism, materialism, envy and division at an age when young minds are still developing. It keeps children trapped in a digital ecosystem designed to maximise engagement at the expense of real-world experiences, time outdoors, hobbies, independence, and learning how to socialise and build genuine friendships. Perhaps most damaging of all, it encourages constant comparison. Children are measuring themselves against carefully curated versions of other peopleโ€™s lives every hour of every day. It creates feelings of inadequacy and anxiety on a scale that older generations simply never experienced. There will be much outrage about this, but this policy is truly about protecting children, and anyone who cares about the future of society should support it.

This is obviously about digital ID
JUST IN: UK Government clarifies adults will still be able to use social media by verifying their identities with digital IDs, facial recognition, passports and credit cards.

Starmer wants 16-year-olds to vote, but not use social media. Old enough to choose the government. Too young to access the platforms where politics is debated. So where are they meant to get their information? Approved broadcasters? Government-approved content? School handouts? This is digital ID by the back door. Children need protection online. But bad parenting is not an excuse to build a surveillance state and restrict the whole country. Starmer cannot control the border, crime, spending or his own party. So now he wants to control the internet. That is not child safety. That is a collapsing Prime Minister hunting for a legacy.

The UK is a full blown communist country now.
๐ŸšจNEWS: Keir Starmer has announced that due to the under 16โ€™s social media ban he is about to make law. Every adult in the UK will have to prove who they are to use social media. Anonymity online is now officially dead

UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia simultaneously want a social media ban โ€œTo protect the children". Our governments aren't calling the shots; they're following orders. When laws pass in the exact same way in all for 4 countries. Our leaders are not elected; they are installed ๐Ÿ‘€

Because there about themselves to the left! It can't be about children when you look at the content on Bluesky. Vote Labour out and remember the MPs @leicesterliz @AngelaRayner @SteveReedMP to name a few who love to censor.
