πŸ‘‹ If you are a US tech startup looking for a competitive edge by opening a hub in Toronto - I’d love to help. Can be anything from sharing my exp doing so w/ @getsentry, connecting you to resources/people, where to find the best shawarma, etc.

Very proud of @oliviachow standing up for Toronto against whiny bitch MPs like @Yvan_Baker. It's about time complacent Liberal MPs in Toronto lose their seats. iheartradio.ca/newstalk-1010…

Transformer Lab is what I’ve been working on. The hope behind Transformer Lab is to make it possible for any person with access to a GPU to do things previously restricted to a small group of Machine Learning specialists. All Opensource. transformerlab.ai/

Sean Fraser seriously thinks building 200 homes will make a dent in the 2-3 million this country needs. We've had certified morons running the country these last 8 years. What a fucking joke.
Replying to @SeanFraserMP
We are taking the problem seriously and will ensure more homes are built for Canadian families. The clip he cut was from the PM announcing homes for 200 families in Hamilton - one of many examples of our investments at work. We are making progress, and I’m only getting started.

Finally got @LogitechG's Litra Glow to play nicely with @elgato Stream Deck via node-hid. Fragmented ecosystems suck :(

The good news is that my coworkers will be able to see me. The bad news is that my coworkers will be able to see me.

I wonder what's more dangerous: the mystery glue or the $2 UV light

Getting critized for tech choices from 10 years ago is interesting, especially by people who haven't necessarily built anything themselves. I attended a refactoring workshop a few years ago and a line that stood out to me was "legacy code pays mortgages"

Unfortunately Mastodon ain't it. Twitter for better or worse is still a place where you can put your thoughts into the world uninhibited.

Do I have any frontend friends who have been impacted by layoffs and would like to work on design systems with me? My team is looking for a mid-level/senior contractor (to potential full time transition once we get headcount) starting ASAP.
