A couple things worth noting on this score:
1. CBO's scoring doesn't account for economic growth generated by passing E15 year round nationwide (expanded ethanol production, stronger corn markets, more jobs across the Midwest, and the tax revenue that comes with all of it).
2. CBO itself says "allowing year-round sales of E15 would tend to reduce the deficit." The projected cost comes from separate changes to the RFS that may impact biomass-based diesel production and farm safety net payments — not the E15 fix itself (and CBO flags "considerable uncertainty" in those projections).
Year-round E15 means cheaper fuel for families, stronger demand for Iowa corn, and a positive impact on the budget.

The E15 bill that the House will vote on this week increases deficits by $2.27B over the next decade.
Johnson has promised Midwest lawmakers a vote on this bill. But this will give some people some pause.

Do data centers increase your taxes? NO!
In places like Loudoun County, Virginia, where data centers are heavily concentrated, property tax rates have gone DOWN over the past decade thanks to the revenue they generate.
They pay far more into local budgets than they consume in services, helping fund schools, infrastructure, and public services for everyone else.

Cannot stress this enough: year-round #E15 is not an E15 mandate. It has never been a mandate. Giving drivers a lower-cost option at the pump is not a mandate. This is misinformation being used to prevent consumers from having more affordable fuel options, pure and simple
While I am hopeful to be supportive of the Farm Bill, there is currently an E15 (ethanol) mandate tacked on to the Farm Bill that I am working hard to remove. I am convinced that this will increase costs at the pump for all Americans, whether they are driving a car or operating a tractor in a field.
President Trump and his team rightly provided exemptions to small refineries from the ethanol blend mandate. This new E15 mandate, which I’m opposed to, will reduce these Trump-era exemptions by 80%. This ethanol mandate is set to subsidize corn states at the expense of the state of Oklahoma. It also aligns with the climate alarmist agenda aimed at crowding out fossil fuels. This could very likely put small refineries out of business across the country, further driving up the cost of fuel in Oklahoma.
