Really important that patients, patient groups, general practice and pharmacy teams, negatively impacted by the current system where a pharmacist cannot supply a suitable alternative without a new prescription, respond to this consultation.
Pharmacists are crucial to our 10 Year Health Plan and today we are launching a consultation on enabling them to dispense alternative medicines if a prescription isn't available. Common sense healthcare; good for pharmacists, patients, and the community. gov.uk/government/consultatiโ€ฆ

Michelle Mone can be expelled from the House of Lords by a simple majority vote in the Commons, and then in the House of Lords. Like if she needs to go. RT if she has to go.

Hello @TfL. Whatโ€™s going on with no 57 bus in the last few weeks. Your info says good service but itโ€™s been anything but. Gaps of 20mins plus are common. Please keep us up to date

Time for King Charles to visit Canada, where he is head of state and has every right to go whenever he wants. I have no doubt the welcome would be ecstatic. And very symbolic. Retweet if you agree.

Defo up for (most laid back) canine personality of the year Iโ€™d say
Look at this pathetic specimen of a hound. Absolutely zorsted. ๐Ÿ˜ด Heโ€™s done the square root of nothing today, except for a couple of short walks around the block. Goodnight folks. Until tomorrow ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ #RescueRalph #LazyLurcher.

Last night a male involved in a domestic incident started making threats to officers as they arrived including one of our handlers. We introduced the male to PD Ike who displayed how we will respond to violent threats. The male quickly seen sense & was arrested! well done Ike ๐Ÿ‘

Letโ€™s just say that from personal experience being anywhere near @EE in any league table isnโ€™t the sort of recommendation Iโ€™d go looking for๐Ÿ˜ซ

Please repost for all the cleaning staff who are working across the NHS this weekend. They are a huge part of the team and it would be impossible to keep patients safe without them.

โ€ฆ..which prompts me to ask a Q Iโ€™ve pondered for a while. (As patient and as relative Iโ€™ve met a no. of paramedics and been impressed by almost all. (If U agree PA have a role in right place at right time) why is X yearsโ€™ paramedic practice not an essential part of PA training?
Replying to @DrSteveTaylor
My husband was asked by a PA to take his blood pressure 4 times daily. After he had had what was obvious to me my husband ,family members a TIA. He duly did this and suffered another TIA while driving. The paramedics told us he had had a typical TIA. Taken to A&E
