My wife and I have very little in the bank, earn only what SS pays plus a bit from cleaning dryer vents, and live in a 72 square foot tiny home we pull behind our 13 year old car. We have wonderful friends here on X and at Church who help as they can, but we don’t ask for anything more than what I can work for.
The fact that Musk is now worth $1.3 trillion more than we are has had absolutely zero effect on our lives.
We will still get up tomorrow morning, go to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to worship our Father in Heaven through His Son Jesus Christ, renew our covenant path through the Sacrament, and have the very same gratitude fir Hus mercy in our lives as we did two days ago.
I am convinced that gratitude is the greatest gift we can have, and give.
