Polygons were only used in graphics because they allowed for a mathematically simple and computationally cheap way to pin pixels spatially in a temporally coherent manner.
With these new AI visualization tools, first theorized by Heinlein in The Moon is a Harsh Mistress (1966), polygons will no longer be necessary and will likely die out once AI tooling reaches the levels of computational speed, code efficiency, and temporal coherence (frame to frame).
Eventually there is a crossing point where the AI visualization tools will be more efficient and more photorealistic than polygons and physics based render engines without any of the tediousness of modeling, rigging, animating, UVing, texturing, and rendering required for traditional tessellated raster graphics.

I’ve always thought the whole alien thing was a silly script to hide any advanced tech people see. It also helps solidify the “billions and billion and billions of planets filled with life because you’re insignificant peasant! Now fight my wars and give me your kids!” mind control tactic.
But this picture that was leaked from trumps social media accounts is very very compelling. Apparently his race is taller on planet fried rice but also afraid of their bald head.

Found an easy workaround to regain access to Fable:

The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.
