- Uses LLM to generate believable simulations of human agents
- Enables agents to have long term memory, reflect and plan
- Observes complex emergent behaviour among agents (e.g. cooperative organisation of a party from a single prompt!)

Confident that we can get to proper AGI with LLMs.
Give a powerful LLM (maybe GPT5?) the ability to:
1) Interact with the world (OpenAI plugins)
2) Take multimodal input
3) Store and retrieve data (maybe just a plugin)
4) Make it prompt itself

For 2022, my only resolution was to use my phone less. The goal was <60 minutes average screen time on my phone for the year of 2022.
I ended on ~54 minutes, and I am quite happy with the result.

The hardest part is all the small things. Checking a recipe while cooking, shopping list app, maps, checking time, etc. I would image that this alone accounted for half of the time spent.
