Today, Sierra is releasing Ghostwriter, our agent for building agents. With Ghostwriter, you can create an AI agent for your customer experience — one that can chat, pick up the phone, speak dozens of languages, take action on your systems of record, and be protected with industry-leading guardrails — simply by having a conversation. No clicking, no forms, no menus. Codex and Claude Code have transformed how we build software, making it possible for software engineers to orchestrate and review the work rather than doing all the work themselves. We think the same transformation will happen for all software. Rather than every enterprise app having a web app for humans and an API for automation, every software platform’s UI will be an agent that can do the work on your behalf. I recorded a demo of my building and optimizing an agent with Ghostwriter so you can see how powerful and easy it is to use. It’s completely changed the way our early adopters build agents, and it’s changed the way I think about the software industry. Let me know what you think, and, if you’re interested in trying it out at your business, please reach out directly.

Elon Musk is by far the biggest winner of SpaceX’s IPO but he isn’t the only person whose fortune soared into orbit. Others include a Saudi prince, Twitter’s cofounder and several SpaceX executives and board members. Here's who got richer: forbes.com/sites/mattdurot/2… 📸: Jamel Toppin for Forbes; Joe Raedle via Getty Images

Thank you! 🚀🚀🚀
Congratulations to SpaceX on today’s $75B IPO, the largest ever brought to market. Goldman Sachs is honored to have served as lead left bookrunner on this transaction, but more than that, we are proud of the strong partnership our people have built with the SpaceX team over the long term. I’ve known Elon for more than 15 years, as have several of my colleagues, and it’s been incredible to see his vision come to life and to work with Gwynne, Bret, and the entire team. We are excited as SpaceX enters this new chapter of its journey as a public company, and we look forward to supporting their mission of advancing the frontier of human space exploration.

Elon Musk isn't the only one getting richer from SpaceX going public. The stock’s surge is estimated to have turned about 4,400 current and former employees into millionaires through equity compensation accumulated during their time at the company. SpaceX’s long-awaited IPO raised a record $75 billion, valuing the company at roughly $1.8 trillion. The offering also pushed Musk’s estimated net worth past the $1 trillion mark, further cementing his position as the world’s richest person. Now Wall Street is watching to see whether the stock's early trading can drive SpaceX’s valuation even higher, rewarding employees and investors who backed the company during its rise.

We are incredibly excited to announce River AI. Our mission is to create personal AI that is owned and shaped by you. Today’s best AIs are controlled by a few large corporations. We are building the alternative: a new, personal stack for AI that works entirely for you, shares your values, and operates on your terms.

What it’s like to receive a job offer directly from Satya Nadella. @kelseyhightower, former Google Distinguished Engineer, on the Microsoft offer that revealed a pay tier he didn't know existed: “I got this email from Satya, the CEO of Microsoft. He wrote this nice email: 'Kelsey, heard you had a good experience with the team' - remember I did the interview at the Microsoft headquarters - “heard really good things from the team, just wanted to let you know, you're going to be respected here. We're going to support you as a team.” I'm like, damn, support as a team? Coming from the CEO? So, number one, what an honor. This is the CEO of Microsoft. He has so many more important things to be doing than to be emailing me about a role. I opened the PDF - not very often in your career does a zero get added to the equation. And so you're looking at this like, I didn't even know that they do that. We know that it happens. But the person that graduated from high school in 1999, that chose the A Certification didn't know that was available. Even while I was at Google having all the success. Google paid me pretty well too, but I didn't know you can add another zero still. And I'm like, wow. I showed my wife and she was the one that said you should just go interview, like put your ego to the side and let's go see what's out there, so shout out to my wife. And so I get the PDF, and I'm like, okay, this number is perfect. Honestly, I don't know what to say, but let’s just find out, is this really the only number? So I remember giving a counter: you know what, I think it should be this. The funny thing is, Microsoft countered back higher, like we're not playing around. I'm like, oh, whoa. Now I understand that I don't understand this part of the game.”

This is extremely true!
$PANW gave Claude 6 weeks and a codebase. Claude found 5-7 years of bugs. Nikesh Arora on @theallinpod: cost was in the "low millions." podcastalpha.substack.com/p/… PANW treats security as a core competency. They are best-in-class, not a laggard rescued by AI. And they were still 5 years behind. If PANW was sitting on that exposure, every enterprise below that bar is starting from worse. The moat is not the scan - it is the verification layer no one else has built yet. Source: All-In Podcast - youtube.com/watch?v=hObRMv6q…
