the way to get over this is... keep drawing! From my experience I have seen way more "talented young artists" than successful older ones because most tend to quit. beat the statistics!
Artists should stop feeling insecure when someone younger than you makes good work
not only does it not matter at all its also annoying to constantly see the defeatist attitude around it
