i’m not against vibe coding at all.
if you’re having fun, experimenting, building cool stuff with AI, that’s genuinely awesome. you can absolutely learn through it too.
but if your entire perspective on web dev is: “easy money AI will do the hard part”
you’re probably setting yourself up for disappointment.
AI lowers the barrier to entry. which also means standing out will require stronger fundamentals, better thinking, and a solid foundation.
the tools are getting easier. getting hired probably won’t.
