🇨🇦🇸🇴 Today, I introduced a private member’s bill that would declare July of every year in Canada as Somali Heritage Month!
I’d like to thank MP @HonAhmedHussen for co-sponsoring this bill with me and for his counsel.
I hope that all MPs will support this legislation.
Canada is home to many Canadians of Somali heritage.
Canadians of Somali descent have left and continue to leave a historic mark on Canada, with contributions that span communities across the country and are reflected in Canada’s economic, political, social and cultural life.
If passed, Somali heritage month would give us an opportunity to celebrate that heritage, the role that Canada has played in supporting Somali Canadians and their contributions to Canada.

Please focus on matters within your mandate, including roads, sewers, utilities, public safety, and snow removal.
Basic services that taxpayers expect are deteriorating while costs continue to rise, yet here you are.
They do not need municipal politicians using taxpayer-funded salaries and resources to campaign against democratic participation or insert themselves into matters they were never elected to control.
Let citizens have a say in their own future. That is what living in a free and democratic society means!

The October referendum should not be reduced to party labels, personalities, or political theatre.
It should be about a practical and serious question: do Albertans have sufficient say over the decisions that affect our jobs, homes, housing, services, and future prosperity?
In 2021, 61.7% of Albertans voted to remove equalization from the Constitution. Premier Kenney asked Ottawa and the other premiers to act. They did not. Nothing changed.
Albertans should understand the difference between symbolic consultation and real leverage. The other referendum questions may express Alberta’s frustration, but they do not create any binding obligation on Ottawa to act. None.
An independence referendum is different. It compels Canada to confront Alberta’s unfair treatment in a way that cannot simply be ignored.
Get informed. Compare the claims. Understand what is actually on the ballot. Then vote.

In a 2022 deposition, Carroll testified under oath that no one was helping her financially with legal fees. She said no pro bono, no outside funding

The media wants you to focus on Bill Pulte’s resume.
No intelligence background. No time in the military, State Department, or Congress. “Strange” appointment. “Baby in Spookland.” That’s the line they’re pushing hard right now.
It’s also the wrong line.
Pulte already sits on top of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and chairs both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. That gives him direct or near-direct access to extraordinarily detailed mortgage, credit, and property records on a huge portion of the country ... including the kind of ownership patterns, shell structures, and financial flows that usually stay buried. Now he’s also acting Director of National Intelligence, replacing Tulsi Gabbard while keeping his housing roles.
That combination isn’t random. One set of hands now touches both the largest housing-finance data pipelines in America and the office that coordinates foreign intelligence collection, including intercepts that can pull in communications and financial dealings involving U.S. persons.
At the exact same time, new Fed Chair Kevin Warsh just hired Paul Winfree ... the actual author of the Project 2025 chapter on the Federal Reserve ... to help redesign the central bank. Winfree’s proposals include options like ending the Fed in favor of free banking, returning to a commodity-backed dollar, and blocking any central bank digital currency because of the surveillance power it would hand the state.
The people screaming about Pulte’s lack of qualifications are the same ones who spent years warning about concentrated power and unaccountable institutions. Suddenly they’re very nervous about one loyal operator sitting at the junction of mortgage data and intelligence access.
The resume story is the distraction. The access story is the part that actually explains the volume of the reaction.

These two moves aren’t random personnel decisions. They’re precise placements on the board.
Kevin Warsh didn’t bring in some safe, consensus technocrat to run the Fed. He brought in Paul Winfree ... the man who wrote the actual blueprint for taking the modern Federal Reserve apart and replacing it with something far less powerful and far less political. That’s not staffing. That’s installing someone who already has the intellectual architecture for regime-level change inside the building.
At the same time, Trump drops Bill Pulte into acting DNI while leaving him in charge of FHFA, Fannie, and Freddie. Pulte isn’t a spy. He’s a wrecking ball who already proved he’ll refer sitting senators and Fed governors for mortgage fraud without hesitation. Now he sits where mortgage data, property records, ownership structures, and foreign financial intelligence can be cross-referenced in one place.
The institutions that spent the last decade treating themselves as untouchable are suddenly dealing with operators who don’t respect the old immunities. The Fed thought it could keep running jobs policy, climate agendas, and bailouts with minimal pushback. The intelligence community thought its tools would only ever be pointed outward or at approved targets. Both assumptions are being tested at once.
This is what it looks like when you stop treating these bureaucracies as permanent and start treating them as positions that can be occupied by people who actually intend to use the authority they’ve been given.
The people losing their minds aren’t reacting to inexperience. They’re reacting to the sudden possibility that the files, the networks, and the leverage that used to stay safely inside friendly hands might now be examined by someone who doesn’t owe them protection.

RUSSIA—GATE!
The timeline is not complicated and I am done pretending it requires any further investigation to understand what happened.
On January 10, 2017, according to a court filing by my attorney @SidneyPowell1 , James Clapper made a phone call to Washington Post columnist David Ignatius directing him, in words to the effect of, "take the kill shot on Flynn." Two days later, Ignatius published a column disclosing the contents of my legally intercepted phone calls with Ambassador Kislyak and the machine that had been built to destroy me and my family lurched into motion.
Leaking those transcripts was a serious felony.
An egregious federal crime, committed by people with security clearances, committed against an incoming National Security Advisor, committed for the explicit purpose of kneecapping a president before he ever set foot in the Oval Office.
Here is the question that has never been asked loudly enough and I am asking it now. David Ignatius did not operate in a vacuum. He was not some lone columnist who stumbled onto a classified intercept by accident. He had cultivated sources across official Washington for decades and some of those sources were not in the outgoing Obama administration. Some were sitting inside the incoming Trump transition.
I am not naming names in this post. But I am stating plainly and for the record that there are individuals who held positions inside that transition, who maintained regular contact with Ignatius, and who have never once been placed under oath and asked what they knew, what they communicated, and when they communicated it.
The kill shot did not fire itself. Someone inside what was supposed to be our own team made sure that Ignatius had what he needed, when he needed it, to pull the trigger. Someone made certain that the investigation that followed went absolutely nowhere. Every one of them has a name, a phone record, and a paper trail. Accountability doesn’t expire.
Trust that there is a Grand Jury coming for you.

Flynn was executing Trump's diplomatic track toward peace. They blew it up using illegal methods.

THE LEAK IN AXIOS WAS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW AND PROVIDED SUPPORT TO THE IRANIAN REGIME AND ITS HEZBOLLAH PROXY
Whomever leaked that story to Barack Ravid at Axios did a grave disservice to our country, to our president, to Israel, and to Israel's prime minister. The Iranian regime will benefit from that leak, viewing us as weak and desperate for a deal -- even coming to Hezbollah's defense. The Israeli people will also be furious. The missiles are aimed at them, not Washington. And for 100 other reasons, what was thought to be a devasting political hit on Netanyahu by the leakers about a private call between heads of state has done much damage to us and our military and our diplomatic strategy. And if the leakers or others believe Israel should abandon its survival for some deal, they will have a very hard lesson to learn. If the substance of the call is accurate, it is bad enough in my view.
Will there be an FBI investigation to determine who leaked? If not, why not?
