I analyzed an HR dataset of 1,470 employees. Despite ₦9.5M monthly salaries, 237 resigned. My Excel dashboard showed the issue wasn’t pay but burnout, overtime, and low satisfaction especially in Sales & R&D. Insight: money attracts talent but engagement and balance retain it.
