Interesting that FAA is using science to examine 'safe' cabin temperatures, and 90F/32C is considered high. In India, small ATRs operating in the summers (no AC until after takeoff), with ambient temp reaching 45C, I wonder what might be appropriate? @DGCAIndia @airsewa_MoCA
