🌍 Foreign Civil Servants Experience Gurugram’s Model of Good Governance 🇮🇳
A delegation of senior civil servants from Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso visited the Gurugram District Administration under a capacity-building programme organised by the National Centre for Good Governance, Government of India.
✔️ The delegation was welcomed by Deputy Commissioner Sh. Ajay Kumar, who presented Haryana’s people-centric governance framework—driven by transparency, accountability, and technology.
✔️ Key initiatives such as Parivar Pehchan Patra, Antyodaya Saral, digitisation of land records, women empowerment schemes, agricultural reforms, social security, healthcare expansion, skill development, and urban & rural infrastructure development were showcased during the interaction.
✔️ Senior officials briefed the delegation on traffic management, policing innovations, sub-divisional administration, and rural–urban development initiatives.
✔️ Delegates appreciated Gurugram’s transparent systems, digital processes, and efficient service delivery—calling it a strong example of modern, citizen-first governance.
