We need queue discipline & a revolution. Better systems and processes are required

- hospitals/clinics
- hyper retails
- travel/tourism
- elections/temples
..
Need ppl to implement them!

I think we need a "queue revolution" in India. Come on @IndiGo6E , @airvistara. Make your ground staff insist on it. Everyone benefits. Have you noticed that people who break queues are the angriest at being reminded of their existence?

I see 2 factors involved
- resistance to change
- lack of awareness of solutions
For 1 need Doctor to be open to change
(after resistance small merchants too moved to UPI / digitization, what's holding them)

This mindset is biggest hurdle in getting doctors with popular clinics to adopt digital queues
Long queues considered sign of competence!
Many agree that our digital queues will manage patients better & reduce wait time, but will reduce their popularity too :-(

Why do patients believe that a doctor with an overflowing clinic who doesn't have enough time to answer your questions is a good doctor ?
They seem to believe that if there are so many other patients waiting to see him, he must be very good to command so much demand!
