Underserved, Overlooked: How our health systems are failing women and girls with a bleeding disorder’ is a report from the Haemophilia Society, exploring the standards of healthcare and associated services for women and girls with a bleeding disorder.

With an unknown future for staff in ICBs, NHS E and other providers, leading with kindness has never been more vital. It’s not about being soft, or letting poor performance slide, it’s about recognising the emotional impact on staff and looking after each other as best we can

I’m a bit proud that my son, on a European adventure, is worried for the first time, he’ll be in a country where he has no knowledge of the language. I tried hard to raise my children bi-lingual with a basic knowledge of other languages, but I clearly failed with Hungarian 🙈

Well, that’s my second week at @DBH_NHSFT and it’s flown past! Everyone has been so welcoming and a bonus is my commute shared with my son. He’s the 4th generation in healthcare in #Doncasterisgreat#NHS and hearing such lovely feedback from colleagues makes me super proud
