The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

No, you complete and utter imbecile. Free speech means people may exchange ideas on any terms free from government interference. Political leaders imposing or preferencing the terms they like best is the exact opposite of that.

I do believe in free speech. But what does it mean? Free speech means I will listen to you, you will listen to me, and we are in an equal relationship.
A lot of people defending free speech do it based on algorithms without any transparency, with a lot of bias, and with their own political agenda. It's not free speech.
And when people clearly help hate speech, racist speech to be spread all over the place, it's not about free speech. It's a jungle.
I really believe in free speech based on respect and transparency.

brands are starting to use "Ask Claude/ChatGPT about us" type of CTAs from a "we’re confident enough to let AI judge" POV.
the catch is once you click the CTA button, the prompt is primed to get positive responses. still a gud marketing. different at least. fresh.
but how to get LLMs to naturally pick up your brand for more neutral prompts? that’s a multi-channel, multi-touch credibility game. currently testing frameworks for this with @BifrostWallet where i'm leading growth. will document my process and hope to share the results in couple of months.
