At a time when so many Americans are feeling the strain of rising costs for daily necessities, the price of home care, day services, assisted living, and nursing homes are also all climbing... Some by as much as 50% in just five years.
And when people just can’t afford the help they need, it’s families who step in to pick up the slack—adding to the feeling they’re already stretched thin for time, or money, or both.
It's a big problem, and we need to be talking about it.
America’s family caregivers need more support.
