BUT now we are told to remove "!" to avoid seeming OVER-enthusiastic 🙄

Happy #mothersday to all the mamas - no matter how or why you became a mom, if you love and care for your kiddo(s) that is what matters! #Motherhood should ALWAYS be your choice - and only yours!!
Thrilled to start as Co-Director of the Women in Medicine VERITAS #Research Lab! Opportunity to lead original research and #advocacy statements related to #workforce conditions and systemic barriers faced by #WomenInMedicine - to be used to IMPROVE #GenderEquity !
"Compliance" is often leveraged by systems eager to use those willing to keep their heads down to fit in.
#Leadership requires forward-thinking, innovative people - sometimes those willing to speak up against systems to advocate for change and improvement!
Wise words @VincentRK
Leadership should not be mediocrity dressed up in titles.
Leadership is vision, excellence, and the ability to inspire.
Titles sometimes go to people who are compliant to those who appoint them than to those who are excellent and will challenge authority when needed. But we must always seek excellence in leadership.
