I hope everybody has seen this important study. Survival after TAVR was half compared to SAVR. If TAVR outcomes were better, this would clearly be published in @NEJM. Congratulations to the authors and @JTCVS. #TAVR is for the elderly…don’t drink the cool-aid. @AortaEd @MGHHeartHealth
