We did as well! In this newly published paper, the authors introduce the #ModelIT method, that allows researchers to anchor nonverbal behavior modeling in psychological theories. They argue for a more tailored and inclusive approach for modeling nonverbal behavior 👥

Can #virtualagents understand and use sign language?
We were able to use #motionenergyanalysis to align videos of #signlanguage with corresponding motion capture data.
Fabrizio Nunnari presented this paper at the #SLTAT2023 workshop at @ieeeICASSP 👏🏼
