As temperatures fall below freezing this evening through tonight, areas of rainfall runoff or ponding will refreeze, resulting in isolated icy spots. However, most roads will dry out this evening and be ice-free overnight. Lows tonight will range from around 20 to around 30 degrees. Isolated icy spots may persist through mid-morning across the north. Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing between 9 AM and 12 Noon on Tuesday. While the incoming breezy conditions and drier air will help dry out most roads tonight, there is a risk of isolated icy patches on roads tonight into Tuesday morning.
