Very pleased to have shared this talk on severe CAP with @JanJDeWaele. Right pathway of care, rapid diagnostics, consider risk factors for MDR when choosing antibiotics, carefull use of biomarkes, steroids not for all.
How to treat severe CAP by constructive discussion with A. Cortegiani and J. De Waele at @Smart_Meeting_M . Is there clear hyperinflammatory state at CAP? Biomarkers: carefully considered / Steroids: not for every patient with CAP. #esmart2020
