As of 3:37 AM the temperature at Salt Lake City fell to 14°F. This not only sets a record low temperature for today (10/30), but is also the coldest temperature ever observed in the month of October (records back to 1874). The previous record for both was 16°F (10/30/1971). #utwx

A crazy team of 7 showed up for a new record low temperature (12 degrees unofficially) and enjoyed polar burpees, a pull-up pyramid and two sets of polar bear crawls and polar lunges to cap the morning. @F3SaltLake @darren_vc #F3nation

Too funny not to share! Sometimes our boot camps have us in neighborhoods and it seems we may even frighten some unsuspecting homeowners with our pack of sweaty, heavy breathing men. We promise that we are much nicer to be around than between the hours of 5:30-6:15AM!!
