The students are now collecting images of the @Argolight HM V2 calibration slide, which they will use tonight to measure the effect of confocal acquisition parameters on SNR and resolution. Thanks to @Argolight for supporting our workshop!

The field of view of a kinetix camera from @Photometrics mounted on a @CrestOptics with a nikon ti2 microscope. Samples are the @Argolight SIM slides z calibration stairs. I remember I was only able to capture one of them in the past:)
