I think we all understand cost.
But. At what point are companies going to actually give us what we paid for?
And when it comes to subscriptions
Nothing screams scam more. Then
Cutting back on services. After you sign up.
And it kills me to mention specific service providers
But today. Mine as with meny. I imagine
Lays with
@xai and their series of updates to
@grok
Have cut usage down by x20
And it's extremely frustrating to say the least. And it definitely doesn't give a good feeling to those like myself
That put our faith in them. Over other providers
And when you have hourly usage limits that are suddenly cut down to daily.
Not only is it upsetting
But it doesn't exactly sale you on the idea of paying even more. For a higher tire of service
That will likely get the same cuts. When they decide
They want to do this again
This is a classic pay wall trap. And I never imagined
@elonmusk would be on board with something like this.
Hopefully they get their act together
And give back what they took
There is plenty of options for alot less. With as good or better output
And it would be a damned shame if
@SpaceX company failed it's customers
At this early stage
I get that they are in need of funding
But cutting back on services
To force users to go through more pay walls
Is definitely gonna be a poor choice
And people will remember
Better to beat the competition
Not abuse your customer's...
Do better
