Shows the shameful mentality we’re faced with… shh don’t tell anyone and you might be able to sell the bodged apartment onto some other innocent, unsuspecting buyer.. Thankfully, we wouldn’t knowingly do that unlike untrustworthy developers and incompetent building control.
