Great article… Terrace houses (a typical second step after first step Flat buyers) were typically 10-20% premium to London Flats, it’s now 50%.

This absolutely terrifies me. @weareballymore have told us our blocks will have the balcony doors sealed shut for 5-6 months of remediation. Only source of ventilation. In height of summer. When last week people already complaining of 38 degrees inside.
