It is a very inconvenient truth for the GOP, that since WW2, the economy has performed significantly better under Democrats than Republicans.
Small sample size and the exact reasons are debated, but the numbers are the numbers.
This is crazy. Every Republican president for the last 50 years has had a recession. Like 98% of all jobs created for the last 50 years were under Democratic presidents.
Why do some people still think Republicans are good for the economy? It's like thinking the earth is flat.
