The latest CIPD Labour Market Outlook reveals key shifts in the UK labour market. Expected pay awards have dipped to 3% over the next year, down from 4% last quarter, with public sector pay lagging behind 💻
Despite this, recent Government decisions have led to above-inflation pay rises of 4.75%–6% for many public sector workers ⚙️
