Not everyone starts with everything. But we share one thing in common. A belief that technology should be better, simpler, and closer to people. From small ideas, to the peak of glory, Vietnamese builders came together laying the first bricks on Rialo. The Vietnamese community @RialoHQ , at the first step, was just a small foundation until they found dreamers who shared the same vision. Together. Rebuild. Rethink. From Vietnam to the world. Shout out to my editor god : @novapino0504 he's cooking and helping me to made this dope 🔥 Thank you guys to spend a little time for watching my video 🫶 @aqccapital @Richardx122

Welcome to NYC 🗽 Big congrats to the @get_optimum team on hosting Top of the Block. Looking forward to seeing the conversations around the future of blockchain infrastructure. 🥂 Time to LOCKED IN!
Tomorrow in NYC we're hosting Top of the Block, a special pre-@ethconf event cohosted with @1kxnetwork, @BitMNR, @Auros_global, and @BlockdaemonHQ. Financial institutions, licensed exchanges, DATs, hedge funds, market makers, node operators - the institutions powering the onchain economy all know that networking optimization is foundational to expanding it. Excited to bring them together for a great night in the city. 🥂

People think decentralization makes networks slower. But what if decentralization could actually make the network faster? That’s what @get_optimum is building with RLNC. Instead of relying on a few powerful nodes in specific regions, data can propagate efficiently across the entire network even for independent operators far away from major data centers. More nodes. More paths. Faster propagation. In traditional networking, scale creates bottlenecks. With RLNC, scale improves the network itself. @aqccapital @blockchainjeff
Everyone thinks decentralized = slow. We're proving them wrong. Powered by Random Linear Network Coding, Optimum's mump2p improves network decentralization. When every node has access to low latency data propagation, it matters much less where that node is located or what hardware it runs on. By simply running mump2p, an independent node operator in Asia or South America can close the performance gap with enterprise operators in Western Europe or North America. Decentralization innately supports network resilience, censorship resistance, and attack resistance. When a network communicates using RLNC that 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 too. Because of RLNC’s fundamental properties: - Recoding - Early forwarding - Decoding with any combination of coded shards it thrives in massive globally distributed networks, whereas other propagation methods slow down. Every new node adds more coded shards to the network, so decoding gets faster. More nodes in more diverse regions shortens the hops between them, so latency drops. This is how Optimum lets chains decentralize to scale.

People usually think “speed” in crypto just means faster transactions. But after watching this, I realized speed is really about economics. A few milliseconds can decide: -> who captures the MEV (Mean Time Value) -> who gets the better trade -> which validator earns more -> which network feels usable under pressure It’s similar to the early days of video streaming. Netflix didn’t become great just because the internet got faster it improved how data moved, compressed, and reached users efficiently. Blockchains are entering that same phase now. The next generation of infrastructure won’t just be about TPS numbers. It’ll be about how efficiently information moves across the network. Because in distributed systems, speed is money. And latency is the hidden tax almost nobody talks about. @get_optimum @aqccapital @blockchainjeff
Speed is money. @kentlinyy breaks down how Optimum's data acceleration network enhances staking economics during his recent presentation at @buidl_conf BUIDL Asia.

I know 30/4 has passed, but I still wanted to say this. For Vietnam, 30/4 isn’t just a date on the calendar. It’s a reminder of what unity, resilience, and sacrifice can leave behind for future generations. No matter how much time passes, some days still carry weight. And for us, this will always be one of them 🇻🇳 @dlicom_vn @DlicomApp

Most blockchains were designed around tokens. But financial systems run on something else: data, compliance, execution logic, and connectivity to the real world. That’s why this @Cboe x @RialoHQ integration stands out. Rialo isn’t just importing market data onchain. It’s making institutional-grade financial data a native part of execution itself. Real-time pricing. 9,500 listed instruments. Direct access to the same class of market infrastructure traditional finance already relies on. 3 "NO" -> No fragmented middleware. -> No custom data pipelines. -> No dependence on external coordination layers. The bigger idea here is becoming clearer: The next generation of financial applications won’t be built on isolated blockchains. They’ll be built on systems that can interact directly with real-world financial infrastructure while preserving programmability, privacy, and automation onchain. That’s a much bigger shift than simply “bringing TradFi onchain.”

We are proud to share that Subzero Labs (Rialo) has been featured in the @CBOE Innovation Spotlight. CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) is one of the world's largest derivatives and securities exchanges, handling 3.8 billion options contracts a year and powering $45B in daily FX volume. We are integrating CBOE's high-fidelity market data directly into Rialo, giving developers building on Rialo access to institutional-grade financial data as a native part of their onchain applications. This is what it means to build neofinance infrastructure seriously: the data that institutional markets run on, available to developers building financial applications onchain. With market data from the likes of @CBOE provided natively, developers on Rialo can build sophisticated, data-rich applications without relying on third-party infrastructure or building custom data pipelines. Rialo takes care of the data so developers can focus on building world-class apps. Read the full spotlight: cboe.com/market_data_service…

Everything that feels seamless today once started as something clunky. Early days of Netflix streaming weren’t smooth at all buffering, low quality, constant interruptions. The breakthrough didn’t come from “faster internet” alone, but from better ways to encode and deliver data. That same pattern is playing out again with blockchains. @get_optimum isn’t just trying to make chains “faster” on the surface. It’s rethinking how data moves underneath how it’s encoded, shared, and reconstructed across the network. When that layer improves, everything above it starts to feel effortless. Because scalability isn’t just about doing more it’s about moving smarter. @blockchainjeff @aqccapital
Remember when Netflix first launched streaming? Videos were constantly buffering and the quality was pretty poor. Streaming has come a long way since, and it's largely due to advancements in video coding/decoding. That's essentially what Optimum is doing, but for blockchains. Better data coding is the path to pushing larger blocks at a faster pace, making chains feel fast even when usage is high.

Multisigs have become the standard for onchain treasury security and it's make more senese. They distribute authority, remove single points of failure, and have proven reliable across ecosystems. But they also have a fundamental limitation. Multisigs can verify who approved a transaction, but they cannot verify whether that transaction should be executed in the first place. The Drift exploit is a clear example of this gap. The attacker didn’t break the systm they operated within it. With valid approvals and correctly structured transactions, the multisig had no way to distinguish between legitimate actions and malicious ones. Because from its perspective, everything was “correct.” This highlights a deeper issue: Security models that rely purely on approvals and signatures lack context, real-time awareness, and risk evaluation. They are deterministic, but not intelligent. The next step in multisig design isn’t simply adding more signers or increasing thresholds. It’s about introducing: -> real-time data inputs -> risk-aware execution logic -> and built-in response mechanisms So that systems can evaluate not just validity, but intent and impact at execution time. Because in practice, a transaction being valid does not mean it is safe. @RialoHQ
