Just as tobacco companies skewed research in the 1950s to downplay smoking risks, large corporations and shady 'think tanks' are tainting research and independent experts to weaken antitrust enforcement.

Enjoyed @trishgreenhalgh @CharitiniSt workshop at #HSRUK24 thinking about how we implement evidence based research into practice. Snakes are barriers, ladders facilitators. #workforce as overstretched & cannot embrace change when fighting fires a big theme
