It's upsetting that in addition to the challenge of recovering from the devastation and on-going impact of #HurricaneSally2020, residents also have to reckon with sewage spills. We need to invest in the infrastructure to keep our water safe even at storm capacity. @SenatorShelby

Such a sad conclusion to the mystery- Elephants are dying because of harmful algal outbreaks. "Climate change is increasing both the intensity and severity of harmful algal blooms" The same toxin that killed these elephants is wreaking havoc on US waters.
