The Reform/MAGA Playbook: 1. Make people angry 2. Direct that anger towards migrants and trans people 3. Use that power to make billionaires richer @hopenothate @Parody_PM @haveigotnews

Current summary of right wing UK politics: Conservatives - We've suddenly remembered lots of things we accidentally forgot to do during our 14 YEARS in government that we would definitely do straight away this time, promise Reform - The Conservatives who messed the country up for 14 years were worried you wouldn't vote for them again so have made another party and are hoping you won't notice it's full of the people who messed up the country for 14 years UKIP - We still think it's 1998 Restore - Led by a bore in need of a golf club. Been chucked out of Reform for being racist? We're the party for you!

The Pope has weighed in: AI isn't magic. It is produced by a currently deeply exploitative, extractive supply chain. It challenges human dignity; it could fuel a new colonialism. And among the greatest challenges of our time will be to redirect its path of development.
Humanity, created by God in all its grandeur, is today facing a pivotal choice: either to construct a new Tower of Babel or to build the city in which God and humanity dwell together. In Jesus Christ, this humanity in its grandeur becomes the Way, the Truth and the Life, opening the path for each of us to grow toward fullness. #MagnificaHumanitas vatican.va/content/leo-xiv/e…

This is a brilliant investigative piece on Farage, the dark millions behind him and the double standards of so much British journalism. Read and retweet! Nigel Farage pocketing £5m from a donor shows he’s unfit for power app.prospectmagazine.co.uk/s…

BREAKING: Man who used to march down the street singing hitler youth songs and go up to his jewish classmates and make the hissing sound of gas chambers realises he can use yesterday's antisemitic attack to score some cheap political points and talk about that two-tier far-right conspiracy bullshit. Classy.
My remarks at the scene of the Golders Green terrorist attack.

Dystopian The wording of her final interview "they're going to euthanise me", as if it is something being done to her.
The story of 25-year-old Spanish woman Noelia Castillo Ramos is by far one of the most horrific and devastating I have ever come across. A vulnerable young woman with mental health issues in state care, Noelia was brutally gang raped in a government-run facility in 2022. The trauma was so severe she later tried to end her life by jumping from a fifth-story window. She survived, but was left paraplegic and in physical and mental pain. Now, at just 25, her request for assisted suicide has been approved and is scheduled for TODAY: 26 March 2026. This comes after two years of legal battles which went all the way to the European Court of Human Rights, despite her father’s desperate attempts to stop it. Let that sink in. A girl in state care is raped. Is so traumatised she tries to kill herself. Left disabled and suffering. And the final “solution” the state delivers is to help her finish the job. This is not compassion. This is abandonment. A civilised society does not respond to suffering by eliminating the sufferer. Noelia deserved protection. She deserved justice. She deserved healing. Instead, she was failed by the Spanish Government at every stage - from neglect to violence to death. And we are told this is dignity. When in reality, it is an utterly appalling, heartbreaking, inhuman inversion of it. If you are the praying type, please pray for Noelia 💔🙏

In an attempt to explain just why it is that some 77 million Americans voted for the dumbest man alive to be their president for a second time, I’m absolutely delighted to present you with the expanded list of US food that you cannot legally sell in Europe!🧵

When did being being kind to the most vulnerable (people/animals etc) become labelled as "woke"? When did cruelty become socially acceptable? When did greed become good? Woke seems to be another word for kindness & compassion to the most vulnerable members of society
