This entire clip from Coach Saban is pure gold. Discipline is everything. Every player should watch this clip understanding how they do drills in practice, how they warm up, or do anything is a mentality. It can't be turned on or off.

Grow up people. You think the real world is candy and rainbows... its college, if the players don't fit, they can go. It's not HS or rec ball where you get what you get. You people forget, you earn what you get, nothing is just given to you except your birthdate.

I think administrators finding and hiring good coaches based on experience and knowledge not bc they are teachers or know someone in the building is hard right now.

Parents are tough, but I think if you communicate, are transparent, set expectations and keep your standard and not waver most parents are reasonable.
