I get it .. people w/ relatively large followings find it hard to respond to all the comments but they sure do conveniently go quiet to some while addressing the easy comments.

🚨 THE 5-MINUTE NIGHTTIME TRICK MOST PEOPLE NEVER TRY What if turning off the lights during your shower could help your mind slow down? A warm shower in complete darkness removes distractions, creating a peaceful sensory break. Many people say it helps them relax, clear their thoughts, and prepare for a better night's sleep. Sometimes, the simplest habits have the biggest impact. Would you dare try a dark shower tonight? Source:

New @wapo: Marriage's economic value for women has declined but women still want a "protector" in their lives--and for good reason: married women feel a lot "safer": ✔️18% of single women (25–34) feel unsafe most days ✔️Only 4% of married women say the same Source: @FamStudies

Science is not a process, a credential, or an institution. It is the unflinching pursuit of truth, carried out by the few, co-opted by the many.

..across wildly different humans. So actually, the inclusion of random/low-agency actors is a strong argument against blue. It increases the variance and downside risk of the cooperative choice. @cremieuxrecueil Perhaps all that clears things up for you.

これは英語でPre-crastination(あえて日本語にすると、早く片付けたいバイアス)と呼ばれ、先延ばしの逆の意味。

Si tienes dinero hijos → no tendrás tiempo. Si tienes tiempo hijos → normalmente no tendrás mucho dinero.

How Americans aged 25-35 spend their free time, 1920-2026. A shift toward ever more leisure and solitude. The most underrated change is the loss of time spent “doing nothing” (i.e. introspecting). shorturl.at/aIA6y

End lower back pain with just 60 seconds in this position. Here’s how it works 👇 In an era dominated by sedentary lifestyles, the deep squat offers a powerful antidote to the physical toll of prolonged sitting. By holding this natural resting position for just sixty seconds each day, individuals can actively combat hip stiffness and lower back tension. This simple movement works by encouraging spinal decompression and stretching tight muscle groups that are often neglected in traditional exercise routines, effectively hitting the reset button on your body's structural alignment and restoring its range of motion. Beyond providing immediate relief, the daily deep squat builds a stronger foundation for functional movement and improved posture. It restores the body’s innate ability to move with stability and power, exactly as nature intended. By committing to this one-minute habit, you not only improve mobility but also cultivate a more resilient, pain-free physique that supports better athletic performance and long-term joint health. It is a simple, no-equipment solution to help you move through life with greater ease. source: Starrett, K., & Cordoza, G. (2013). This one stretch improves many muscles and increases blood flow and digestion. Unlock flexibility and boost circulation with the wide-legged forward fold, a foundational yoga pose that targets the core and lower body. The wide-legged forward fold is a versatile addition to any wellness routine, specifically designed to target the hamstrings, hips, and lower back. By hinging at the hips and allowing the upper body to descend toward the floor, practitioners can build significant lower-body strength while simultaneously engaging the core for stability. Beyond physical flexibility, wellness experts highlight the pose's ability to encourage healthy blood flow throughout the body and provide a gentle massage to the abdominal organs, which may support improved digestive health over time. While the benefits are extensive, proper technique is essential to ensure safety and prevent injury. It is recommended to move into the fold slowly, keeping a slight bend in the knees to protect the hamstrings and avoiding the urge to force the head to the ground. Because this movement acts as a mild inversion, individuals with high blood pressure, balance issues, or pre-existing neck and back conditions should consult a medical professional before attempting the pose. Mindful execution allows this movement to become a powerful tool for enhancing physical resilience and mental focus. source: Stephens, M. (2010). Teaching Yoga: Essential Foundations and Techniques. ⚠️ This 5-Minute Pose Could Unlock Hidden Energy in Your Body One simple floor pose done for just 5–10 minutes a day may help strengthen your spine, open your chest, reduce back tension, and sharpen mental focus. Experts say deep stretching and controlled breathing can improve posture, relax tight muscles, and increase oxygen flow to the brain — leaving many people feeling calmer, lighter, and more energized afterward. The surprising part? You don’t need intense workouts… just stillness, breathing, and a few quiet minutes daily. Source:
