Over the past eight months we’ve chartered two new Democratic Clubs and renewed the charter of a longstanding existing club for a new term! Everyone welcome to the SFDems chartered Club family:

The order, titled on the White House website as “Commencing the Reduction of Federal Bureaucracy Ecexutive [sic] order,” lists four federal entities, including the Presidio Trust, as examples of federal “waste and abuse.” trib.al/Szr60sA
I’m incredibly proud to be the only candidate endorsed by the Democratic Party in our race for the State Assembly, and to have the support of so many local Democratic clubs!
The Office of Small Business has put together a curated list of experiences in commercial corridors, including D2’s own Chestnut & Union St! Shop local by stopping by these cool small businesses and plan your perfect San Francisco day here: sf.gov/perfect-san-francisco…
A federal shutdown could happen as early as Sunday, which would hinder military and government personnel from organizing the annual celebration scheduled to kick off Monday. trib.al/ugcc8j3
Senator Feinstein was an extraordinary American and a true trailblazer. We are all in her debt for her more than half century of service to her native San Francisco, the state of California, and the nation. Rest in Power.
Thank you DA @BrookeJenkinsSF and D2 Sup. Catherine Stefani, for joining me at this morning’s press conference on auto break-ins. We are committed to working with the community to support and improve methods of enforcement and deterrence for this issue that has plagued our city.
US-101/Lombard Street between Van Ness Avenue to Richardson Avenue/Chestnut Street is now 25 miles-per-hour (MPH). This is a change from the old speed limit which was 30 MPH. The new 25 mph speed limit signs are now posted with the new speed limit in effect.
The Democratic Party has always welcomed a diverse group of voices and allowed wise and discerning voters to decide who best represents them. It’s disheartening to see some reject that concept and anoint themselves the arbiter of who gets to call themselves a Democrat.

I’m running for State Assembly because it's time we fix California. I'm a mom, I'm a passionate gun safety advocate, I’m not afraid to tackle big problems -- and I will never give up.

She filed paperwork Tuesday to run for the California Legislature next year, presumably in District 19, where she lives. The seat will be open because incumbent Assembly Member Phil Ting is termed out at the end of next year. trib.al/lmLPjK4
This vicious attack in the home of @SpeakerPelosi is absolutely horrifying. We’re praying for the Pelosi family and for Paul Pelosi’s full recovery.
The violent political rhetoric in our country long ago turned into violent action by unstable individuals - it must stop!
If @SFDemocrats allows this to stand, it makes a mockery of the endorsement process and encourages future second and third-ranked endorsees to misrepresent the party endorsement in the future.
