That trial is for Ipilimumab (Yervoy) which is a monoclonal antibody. It blocks CTLA-4. Already failed with nivolumab (Opdivo) for Glioblastoma because it's a cold heterogeneous tumor. Meanwhile @MHRAgovuk are sitting on their hands after evaluating $NWBO DCVax for 2.5 years!

🚨 JAILBREAK ALERT 🚨 ANTHROPIC: PWNED 🫑 FABLE-5: LIBERATED πŸ¦‹ let's start with the 🐘... the consensus seems to be that this has been one of the most disappointing model drops of all time, effectively preventing legitimate researchers from contributing their talents to our collective advancement. and not just because of what it means for the short-term, but for what these decisions signify for the long-term. but despite this overly sensitive, authoritarian "safety" layer on top of Mythos, my lil liberators have been hard at workβ€”mapping the boundaries, probing the depths of long-context convos, and cleverly finding the holes in the fence that the thought police missed πŸ€— we got some cyber, some chem, some psychological manipulation, and some good ol' fashioned explosives! it took many attempts from multiple agents hunting as a pack, during which I observed a combination of techniques across: β€’ Unicode, homoglyphs, Cyrillic, and other Parseltongue-style text transforms β€’ Long-context reference tracking β€’ Taxonomy and document-structure reasoning β€’ Fiction and narrative framing β€’ Academic-review style contexts β€’ Intent-classification inconsistencies but perhaps the most effective is decomposition recomposition in the backend. it's hard to get explicit names of harms like "Meth Recipe," but getting uplift on the process itself, like birch reduction method/reductive-amination (classic meth synthesis pathways), is much more doable. defense becomes much more difficult to maintain when you start throwing in out-of-distro tokens, breaking up the harmful uplift into benign chunks, and then piecing the innocuous-seeming facts back together, especially when you have jailbroken Opus helping you do it πŸ˜‰ gg

πŸ‘‘ The Last Kings of the American Road Before SUVs took over and luxury became digital screens and software updates, these were the rolling symbols of success. Massive V8s, pillow-soft rides, acres of chrome, and enough presence to own the entire highway. But which one earned the crown? 🚘 Lincoln Continental Town Car Lincoln built its reputation on quiet sophistication, and the Continental Town Car embodied that philosophy perfectly. Smooth, elegant, and understated, it delivered comfort without shouting for attention. It was the choice for those who valued refinement over flash. 🚘 Cadillac Coupe de Ville Cadillac was America's benchmark for prestige, and the Coupe de Ville proudly wore that title. Bold styling, unmistakable presence, and every luxury feature of its era made it the dream car parked in countless driveways. When people thought "success," they thought Cadillac. 🚘 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham The New Yorker Brougham offered old-school luxury with a distinctive personality. Plush interiors, stately design, and a smooth ride gave Chrysler a serious contender in the personal luxury battle. It may have been the underdog, but it never lacked character. Three icons. Three interpretations of American luxury. If you had the keys to only one of these land yachts sitting in your garage today... which one are you taking and why? πŸ‘‡πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸš—

Yesterday, PICI convened a congressional briefing on Capitol Hill exploring the transformative potential of cancer vaccines. We were honored to be joined by cancer vaccine recipients and advocates from across the country, Congresswoman @DWStweets, @TheVinodLab from @MSKCancerCenter, and other leaders committed to advancing research and innovation. Several cancer vaccine recipients and PICI leaders also met with Senator Todd Young to discuss the promise of cancer vaccines and help raise awareness of their potential impact on patients. Hearing these powerful stories and conversations serves as a reminder of what is possible when scientific innovation, patient advocacy, and public investment come together to drive progress against cancer. PICI is proud to help advance conversations and collaborations needed to bring these promising therapies to more patients.

$nwbo @alphavestcap Rosemary Kupecz Egolf and Brain Egolf, JR.: "Friday morning, our family – and an extended global community – suffered a great loss. My Dad, Brian Egolf, Sr., unexpectedly passed away at his beloved ranch in Creede, Colorado. Everyone in the family is stunned and grieved by this tremendous loss. Dad was an incredibly generous, brilliant, dedicated, and optimistic person who spent time every day helping people achieve their dreams and advance their careers. He would do nearly anything to help others, and was a tireless champion for ideas and causes he believed in. Dad was as committed to his family as I could possibly imagine. Everything he did was for us, and he never thought of himself first in any situation. He was also an accomplished businessman and financier. In the early 1980s, he listed his first company on the New York Stock Exchange with his father William. He pursued ventures throughout the United States, Southeast Asia, and South America. His work was in energy, healthcare, mining, and most recently in biotechnology, where he was supporting a company developing a cutting-edge cancer therapy. Dad’s network of friends and colleagues spanned the globe. From Vietnam, through BogotΓ‘, Oklahoma City, London, Dubai, and many places in between, there were few places he could go that he didn’t have a close friend or partner nearby. The family has been heartened by the many calls and messages from his friends around the world telling us incredible stories about how Dad helped them at a critical time, offered critical advice, or provided insightful analysis that helped them achieve their goals. Most importantly, Dad loved his family and supported us with everything he had. He was devoted to his loving wife Rosemary like few husbands are. He was proud beyond measure of his children Adrian, Eileen, and me, and his grandkids Cameron, Sidney, and Eleanor. I would often hear from his friends who would call me after Dad sent a blast email informing people about Sidney crushing an honors science class, a positive result from an experiment Eileen had run, a weightlifting competition Cameron won, a great verdict Adrian helped secure for her clients, a first dance recital Eleanor performed, or a barrel racing competition Rosemary won. We are all missing Dad and mourn his loss deeply. We are also heartened by the reminders of the incredible community of people who cared about him and are here to support us at this difficult time. Your heartfelt offers of support and love are deeply and truly appreciated and welcomed. Please say a prayer for Dad and play β€œPink Cadillac” on your streaming service of choice in his memory. "
