Grant Gail, 36, from Texas, was caught on a Bogotá balcony allegedly sexually abusing a 7-year-old boy in broad daylight.
Onlookers shouted at him to stop, filmed it, and called police.
Officers arrested him amid an angry crowd.
Three children (ages ~4, 7, 15) were rescued from the Airbnb.
He had just arrived in Colombia and was reportedly trying to adopt them.
