Deeply shocked and saddened by the attack on a young Sikh man while he was working in Leeds, UK. During the incident, his dastaar (turban) was forcibly removed, and he suffered multiple injuries. We stand in solidarity with victim and demand justice. Stop #Sikhphobic hate crimes

I've spent months documenting NHS whistleblowers. Most people miss these stories. They disappear fast. So here in one place, my BEST 10. A thread. 🧵

Stillness is power. Structure is strength. Breath is the bridge. Most men ignore this… And wonder why they never get stronger. The Isometric Warrior Training Guide shows you the way.

ECCO : POST OFFICE SCANDAL THEY HOPED YOU'D NEVER HEAR ABOUT Janette Armour ran a Post Office branch in East Kilbride. From day one, the ECCO software didn't work. Every week, money was disappearing. She wrote letters to @PostOffice begging for help. She kept losing hundreds of pounds a week. She and her husband covered at least £16,000 in shortfalls every year for two and a half years. They sold one branch. Then the other. Their livelihood, gone. That was the early 1990s. Last week, more than 30 years later, the Post Office sat down with Janette Armour and NFSP @NFSP_UK CEO Calum Greenhow and revealed something remarkable. They still have copies of her letters. The ones where she asked for help. The ones nobody acted on. She said: "I knew I wasn't making a mistake. I knew there was something wrong." She was right. ECCO was used across hundreds of Crown and sub-Post Office branches through the 1990s. Rupert Lloyd Thomas, a Post Office insider who spent 27 years in the organisation, described the software as "chronically unreliable" and "cheap and nasty." He says he spent years trying to get it fixed. Nobody in charge wanted to hear it. This is now the third Post Office IT scandal. After Horizon. After Capture. ECCO . The Department for Business and Trade is asking affected former subpostmasters to come forward. Most of the users were Crown branch employees between 1992 and 1999. They are not members of the NFSP. Nobody has been systematically looking for them. The Post Office has the letters. They have had them for three decades. A woman lost her business while they sat in a filing cabinet. BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an "Executive Director" position for up to $400k 😃 Oh and they're not the only one. My email inbox is suddenly filling up with Executive job offers from several big Pharmaceutical companies. So this is what I get for helping 9000 Cancer patients with Ivermectin & Mebendazole and leading the largest Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world? After talking about a New Florida Cancer Clinic? 🤔 If they can't sabotage me, they'll just buy me out? 💵 I have to admit, it is mildly amusing. Ten years ago, I may have jumped at something like this. It's almost tailor made for me. But at this stage of my life...can't say I felt even a hint of temptation. They really don't know me very well 😃 Sorry, Mayo Clinic. I'm building a Cancer Center in Florida. It's going to be a bit different from yours. 😉

This is John Ashby, the racist monster who raped a Sikh woman because he believed her to be Muslim. This image should be on the front page of every newspaper and online platform. His actions will have been fuelled by the hateful rhetoric pumped out online and normalised by hard right politicians. Damn you and your sick views. My heart is broken for the survivor of this attack. She will suffer the psychological scars of this misogynistic violence for the rest of her life. I hope he is imprisoned for the rest of his days.

FOS IS NOW UNDER PUBLIC SCRUTINY This is the beginning of the most serious public accountability action ever taken against the Financial Ombudsman Service in the United Kingdom. Gary Smith @G8GWS has just published The FOS Files. Part One. This is the opening of a documented, legally structured case series that is going to run through thousands of Financial Ombudsman Service @financialombuds decisions, name individual Ombudsmen by name, and form the evidentiary backbone of a judicial review that is already in preparation. Part One concerns Complaint Reference 21518476. Shawbrook Bank. Ombudsman Will Culley. Submitted November 2018. Ombudsman provisional decision April 2026. Seven years. At the centre of that decision sits one assertion. That a fractional product was "asset backed" and included a share in future sale proceeds. That single claim determined the entire outcome. No contractual basis was identified. No legal mechanism was explained. No evidence was provided that this right has ever been realised in practice. The complainant asked directly where this right comes from. No answer came. Not in seven years. But here is what makes this truly alarming. The same assertion appears across multiple FOS decisions on the same product. In some cases it is used to uphold a complaint. In others it is used to reject one. Same premise. Contradictory outcomes. No explanation in either direction. That is an unproven premise being applied arbitrarily to produce whatever outcome was already decided. FOS operates under binding FCA rules. DISP 3.5.2R requires reasons. DISP 3.4.1R requires fairness. DISP 3.6.4R requires actual legal analysis applied to actual facts. These are not guidelines. They are legal obligations. And they were not met. Gary Smith is Legal Director of @MeridianLegals and founder of the FOS Litigation Group. He already won a High Court judicial review against FOS in 2023. He is now preparing a second one, backed by over 1,000 documented cases showing the same structural failures. The FOS Litigation Group is going through every decision. They are naming every Ombudsman. They are documenting every cut-and-paste ruling. Every unanswered question. Every predetermined outcome dressed up as a reasoned decision. This is Part One. If you have had an FOS complaint dismissed with reasoning you could never verify, questions that were never answered, or a decision that felt written before your evidence was even read, your case may be part of this pattern. Contact Gary Smith @G8GWS directly. @MeridianLegals / 0121 516 0675 Gary's full six-page document is linked in the comments. Read it and share it. Let's make history. To the people who keep saying the solution to the energy problems caused by the Iran war is to switch to renewables... Please watch this video It explains 1. Why switching to renewables isn't going to result in secure energy 2. Why renewables are not cheaper than gas for electricity generation 3. Why more renewables wouldn't protect us from price shocks in the gas market m.youtube.com/watch?v=N8I4Pr…

I'm now at 3 MPs who have taken me up on my offer of a free personal seminar on how energy markets work My offer remains open to any MP, MSP or peer that wants this training It covers the physical gas and electricity markets... Upstream (production, generation), midstream (pipelines, wires, storage, trading) and downstream (retail) Who are the key players in each segment and how the physical properties of gas and electricity define the trading arrangements And of course, what goes into our bills!

Collectively water companies have been found guilty of over 1,200 criminal offences. Guess how many CEO or executives have even been investigated never mind prosecuted and sent to jail? Yep, that's right, none!
If suspected misconduct in public office warrants arrest, what about water CEOs presiding over lawbreaking, sewage dumping & price gouging while taking bonuses? We preside over a system where services are privatised but accountability isn’t. That’s simply not sustainable.

A new public fountain has appeared in central London, but look closer & you’ll see that it’s a actually a fountain of filth. The water is black, the human victims of the sewage crisis are vomitting streams of liquid, whilst surmounted by a smug water executive with a briefcase stuffed with cash. The fountain commemorates one of the biggest environmental crimes in British history, where water companies stole tens of billions of pounds that was supposed to be spent on our sewage system, gave it to shareholders and executives and illegally poured billions of lites of sewage into our rivers, lakes and seas instead. The channel 4 docudrama about the sewage crisis, #dirtybusiness, starts at 9pm tonight. Watch it, get sad, get angry and then join the thousands of people around the country demanding an end to the sewage crisis.
