Honored to have been given the opportunity to co-author the amazing history of radiation oncology in lung cancer for the @IASLC 50 year history book. In that time it has progressed from a modestly palliative intervention to a non-invasive curative option for early stage NSCLC.

Great presentation by @HegiFiona at the presidential session at #wclc2025 Compelling case for following best practice in lung cancer radiotherapy in clinical trials of radiation and systemic therapies. Timely staging and RT planning with PET, concurrent chemo and RT QA critical.
It was so great to meet and chat to the architects from McBride Charles Ryan @PeterMacCC Open House with my parents on the weekend and hear how they designed the inspiring spiral structure to meet the needs of a hospital but still be inspiring and calming for staff and patients.
Children, animals and technology are part of today's Open House at Peter Mac! Hundreds of people have been through the doors to learn more about cancer care and therapy dog, Baz, is winning hearts (and pats) everywhere he goes! Click here for more info - bit.ly/3zGE3R2

Harvey and Petrie should have been allowed to go out in their terms, no-one will convince me otherwise. Drewy went on to play two more years and Boomer’s final year stats were almost identical to, if not better than, Toby Green’s - who was AA. heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/t…
Harry Sheezel has said that one of the reasons he signed long term to North Melbourne is that it will be so much more special to achieve success in the future after coming from low on the ladder
