☑️Corticosteroids (though optimal regimen unknown)
☑️VV-ECMO in select patients with severe ARDS
☑️NMB for early severe ARDS
☑️Higher PEEP (without recruitment maneuvers) in mod-severe ARDS
✖️Avoid prolonged lung recruitment maneuvers in mod-severe ARDS
