My family always supported both the daughters... She has made our entire family, community and the country proud..."

Russia has finally gone in for BrahMos missiles in its Amur-1650 subs. This diesel elec sub can now fire both BrahMos and Club-S cruise missiles including salvo launches . Conventional torpedo further enhances its offensive flexibility.
Amur-1650 fitted with AIP and with 28 missiles / torpedoes / PCM has one of the largest weapons loads among non-nuclear submarines , for sustained 20-25 days underwater combat endurance and aprox 60 days deploybility .
BrahMos missiles armed diesel Sub represents a strategic shift. It extends the operational role from sea denial missions to precision-strike across maritime theatres.
IN diesel subs equipped with AIP and integrated with 800km range BRAHMOS will be a game changer in IOR and the Indo Pacific .

Pakistan has received its first of the 8 , Chinese made HANGOR Class Sub equipped with AIP ( Indian conventional subs still donot have it ).
Interestingly this AIP equipped Sub made its entire journey of approx 8800km not submerged but on surface ....why ??
Crew got no worthwhile operational training expereince .were they not fully trained to operate the sub or were they afraid of a faults and safety measures ??

Lieutenant Saurabh Chaudhary, who was commissioned into the Corps of Engineers, says, "It is indeed an honor and moments of lots of joy and happiness for me, my family, my friends and all my course mates. I know from where we have come to this point. There were a lot of ups and downs in the whole journey. And it is indeed a really beyond feeling..."
His father, adds, "This is a truly proud moment for our family.. there could hardly be a greater moment of pride in our lives. Our family's third generation is now going to serve in the Army. My father also served in the Army and retired from service. I am currently serving, and he has fulfilled the dreams of all of us. He has carried forward our family's military tradition and taken it to a new level. For this, we are extremely grateful and thankful to him. We feel immense pride and honor in this achievement. For the first time ever, 9 female cadets passed out from the Indian Military Academy. They had joined the IMA after passing out from the National Defence Academy. They would also be the first batch of women officers with direct permanent commission in the Indian Army on the day of their commissioning. Till now, women officers would first join as Short Service Commission officers and then would become eligible for permanent commission after serving for a stipulated time period.

The @DRDO_India has successfully demonstrated multiple crucial technologies bolstering nations defence capabilities against different types of enemy threats.
Three consecutive flight-tests were successfully conducted to demonstrate multi-layered defence against long range Ballistic Missiles and Anti-ship capability at medium range.
Multi-layered BMD capability was successfully demonstrated. The interceptors successfully engaged their respective targets. The systems are designed and developed with latest technologies to address the emerging missile threats.
These tests have put India in elite group of nations having Ballistics Missile Defence Capabilities to engage Ballistic Missiles up to ICBMs. Anti-ship defence at medium range was demonstrated during the maiden flight test of Naval Anti-Ship Missile-Medium Range. Congratulations to DRDO on successfully demonstrating these crucial technologies.
