We identified IRGQ as a key regulator of MHC-I quality control. Its absence enhances CD8 T cell responses. Reduced IRGQ levels in hepatocellular carcinoma patients and mouse models lead to improved survival by promoting anti-tumour immunity. #CancerResearch#Immunotherapy
