I have been told today that this prolific child rapist, Neil Wells, who raped his own daughters' and nieces, from the age of 8, as well as plying countless other little girls with drugs and alcohol before raping them, over a period of at least 10 years, is due to be released under the new early release scheme. I reported this man repeatedly for 2 years, to one his victims school, social services and the police before I was denied access to the little girl for being a nuisance and told there were no reasons for concern. I have written to the parole board every single year to demand he never be released. When I first knew him, he worked in a home for children with Downs - I dread to think what he did there. This man is a prolific, cruel, sick and deranged pervert and should never be released.
